Cancellation Policy
Our team makes every effort to make your time at our office pleasant and productive. We take pride in that our appointments are the most efficient and that you are not subject to lengthy waits in our reception area.
We VALUE your time! All appointments made have a specific date, time of day and length of time allotted for our daily schedule. Please understand that we are a small practice and the time we have set aside for every appointment is valuable.
- If you are not able to keep your appointment, we request a 48-hour notification prior to your scheduled appointment. (We will only honor a voicemail message as notification if left within 48 hours. All emergencies may be a consideration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
- There will be a $75.00 charge for any appointment missed and/or cancelled with less than 48-hour notice. Please discuss any emergencies with our office manager.
